At the heart of this bed is a Self-Cooling Mat filled with non-toxic gel that stays 5-10 degrees cooler than room temperature. The mat provides up to an hour of cooling relief, depending on the environment, and can easily reset its cooling properties after an hour of non-use—no freezing or refrigeration required.
